Rick Underwood

As the Senior Mortgage Consultant at TNG, Rick has formed strong relationships with lenders of every capacity during his eight years in the mortgage industry. Rick is also a diligent learner with degrees in communications and psychology, licensed with the California Association of Realtors, and a partner with industry think tanks such as The Mortgage Market Guide, The Mortgage Coach, and MarketWatch. Rick also is very community-focused: volunteering with West Yorba Linda Little League, contributing to the Y.M.C.A., and serving at his church. And when Rick in not in the office, you can usually find him and his wife sitting on the sidelines of a soccer field, baseball diamond, tennis court or ballet studio cheering on one of their four children.

Gamble Yeung

With a degree in finance and more than 15 years experience in mortgage lending, Gamble has formed lasting relationships with her clients and strategic partners. Her dedication is reflected in her recent designation as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. This specialized training and certification is for financial professionals who provide mortgage and real estate equity advice. Gamble loves to create mortgage solutions that compliment her clients' overall financial strategies, and allow them to most effectively accomplish their short and long-term financial goals. Gamble is very involved in Girl Scouts of Orange County as a volunteer co-leader, and is a part-time chauffer for her children and their many activities.
